DIRECTV Retailer Technician Course

This course compromises the online content needed to complete the DIRECTV Retailer Technician Certification program upon completing this course you will need to pass the hands-on assessment conducted at an upcoming Perfect Vision roadshow in order to receive your final certification. This course is designed for both new and existing technicians to give them the skills to properly install and troubleshoot a DIRECTV system in order to ensure total customer satisfaction. Technicians who successfully complete the training program will also receive a Zone of Protection (ZOP) app ($50 value)
